When spinning, the smaller the hoop, the faster the rotation. However...when using Mini Hoops, certain poi like moves like the buzzsaw can be easier with smaller hoops and many times size choices can be a matter of preference.
Available with 1/2" Super Light Tubing (most popular) or 3/4" Standard Light Tubing.
