Hoop Dance Hoops
Our hoopdance hoops are the perfect size and weight to get your groove on. Features 3/4" tubing and weigh about 1lb with no filler and fabulous tape jobs. If you're beginning or are more of a low tempo music kinda person, heavy tubing is still OK...found in our Everyday Use Section. Remember, the heavier the hoop, the slower the rotation.
Size Guidelines: To find your size, measure from the ground to 2" - 4" above your belly button. The bigger the hoop, the slower the rotation. Once comfortable with a hoop, many hoop dancers size down a bit but still keep the hoop large enough for tricks.
