Everday Use Hoops with Light Tubing weigh @ 1 lb and are perfect for general hula hooping, hoopdance, hoop classes and make the perfect Fitness Hoop! Heavy tubing hoops also available and weigh @ 1.5 lbs.
To find your size, beginners can measure from the ground to about 2" above the belly button. Most that can hoop usually go an inch or two smaller.
