Subject: Hula Hoop for a 3 yr Old
My toddler would like a hoop, but I cannot find the right size for her. How do I go about measuring her to find the correct size hoop?

Typically you measure from the ground to about 2-3" above the belly button for kids. Most three year old really can't hoop...so we try to get a size that's as close as possible. The smallest we can go is about 26".
